Custom Tap Handles for Tres Litros Beer Co.

Tres Litros operates a microbrewery in Salida, Colorado – a mountain town – and wanted tap handles that reflected the textures and tones of the Rocky Mountains they’re surrounded by.

We designed a unique shape that could be produced from a single piece of wood, and engraved their logo for a simple, but striking, custom tap handle.

After the design was mocked up and the technical drawings were signed off on, we create a series of tools that allow us to fabricate these tap handles with a level of consistency normally reserved for larger fabricators.

Now, Tres Litros can order small batch runs (we’re talking quantities of 30-50 per order) of their bespoke tap handles, and know that they’ll each be identical to the last.
