First, we schedule a
We use this time to introduce you to our account manager, Jess, and learn about your project. Jess will answer any questions you have about Ovierre, and she'll ask plenty of questions to get to know you and your signage needs. She's a stickler for defining project milestones, so you'll leave the discovery call with a clear understanding of your project's next steps.
Then, we send you a
In our proposal, you can expect to see a breakdown of the project scope, timeline, and an estimate on the project. Jess will also identify any gaps that need addressed for the project (e.g. identifying subcontractors local to you, or permitting needs) and what next steps are for filling them.
Once scope is approved, our team works on
Design & Mockups
We use an online proofing platform, so you can easily access and share your project's design proofs with any stakeholders you like and track their feedback. Nothing goes into production until you sign off on design.
When design is in place, we
Our production team gets to work fabricating your project. By this point, Jess will have consulted with them on the design so they're not surprised by the specs. We usually see a two week production timeline unless otherwise specified during the scope & design phases.
After production is done, we offer
For smaller projects, we always include an installation template. For larger projects, we're happy to help coordinate any day-of installation services needed. Either way, the same team who built your sign is on call to answer any installation questions.
